Working With Us!

Good design takes time, attention to detail on how you live, your budget and envisioning the space you’re dreaming of. We work to take the hassle out of everything else, with our organized system for designing, purchasing and installation.

1.)   After initial contact (via email, phone call, or website), we will follow up with an email containing a questionnaire that will help us understand your needs and project.

2.)  We then will schedule a discovery phone call to learn more about your project and if our team will be a good fit for you. We block off a specific time on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m. so that we have plenty of time to discuss your home and needs.

3.)   Then, we schedule a site visit to better understand the scope of the project and bring any contractors with us for their bid estimates. We will do an initial measure and photography session on the areas we are working on. We then put together your budget estimate and contract.

4.)  Once we are under contract, we will recreate your floorplans to start the layouts and to reference all along the way. We will start building a timeline with subcontractors for your projects. We will be asking a lot of questions about your preferences and requirements. If you have started a Pinterest or Houzz account those are great to share with us. If you have been collecting any photographs of rooms you like, we would love to review those as well and discuss what you like about them! The more information we have before starting your design the better we can create your dream space! Through this part of the process, we will be communicating with you back and forth to make sure we are heading in the right direction.
