The worst response I can get from a client is “I like it.” I aim to get reactions like these:

She was so thoughtful with her design; working to make sure every detail was custom to our needs. My husband and I have very different styles, and she helped us pick options that work well together but spoke to our individual preferences. I was a little overwhelmed by the magnitude of the project but she took every step with mindful grace and delivered beyond our expectations. Kellyn is patient, creative, hard working, meticulous and thoughtful. I highly recommend her for any project.”
